Shipping Policy for E Commerce Store & Digital Products

  1. Order Processing Time

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 0 to 1 business days.

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time. (You may refer to the product tracking page (My Orders) for all regular updates.)

Please allow 12 to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.


  1. Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email at and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.


  1. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

Your order is directly shipped to the address you provide during product checkout by your selected seller. Sellers use third party courier services to deliver your product.

Most of the products, listed at, have free shipping.
Product that doesn’t have free shipping are explicitly marked with shipping cost.

You can check the estimated delivery time of a product to your address pincode after checkout. The average shipping time of products is around 5 to 7 working days.

Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Diwali, Holi and Raksha-Bandhan.


  1. Shipping Restrictions

Sadly, we are unable to ship orders outside India.


  1. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email at We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.
If your package has arrived damaged, kindly place a Return/Exchange request and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Packages returned back to the supplier due to incorrect shipping information will be given a PRODUCT REFUND.

We are not responsible for any item/package lost if it has been tracked as delivered on courier tracking link.

  1. Returns and Refunds will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 6 days of you receiving the item.

The item must be returned to us in the original packaging, and unused.

Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund.

If you have changed your ming and would like to cancel an order, please contact us by email at  and include your order number.
Note that, once the order is shipped, we can not cancel an order in-between.

For Digital Products


  1. All digital products available for purchase on shop and delivered via digital download only. No physical products are shipped for digital products. All of the Limekart Products offered for sale on are digital products.
  2. Your file(s) will be available to download once payment is confirmed. There will be an opportunity to download right after checkout is complete and payment is received. Download link(s) for product(s) purchased will also be emailed to the email address customer used in the checkout process. Please note, that all digital downloads are tracked in terms of the location of download (via IP Address) and time of the download in order to prevent software fraud.
  3. Once you download the file you purchased, you are responsible for the safekeeping of the file. So I recommend making a backup copy of the original download and separate backup copies as needed for when you make any changes to the Downloaded file.
