Replacement, return and refund.
You can ask for the replacement or the returns within 5-7 days of delivery.
By returning your product you can only get Limekart.shop credit equivalent to the price of your product. You can fully use these credits to buy any Limekart.shop product.
No product is eligible for the refund. You can only get the refund if we are unable to replace your product in following conditions:
– You are delivered the wrong product.
– If there is any manufacturing defect.
– If a damaged product was delivered and it was not damaged while it was in your possession.
Your product is eligible for the free replacement only for the first time but if in any condition we are unable to arrange the pickup for the replacement then this is your responsibility to deliver the concern package to our given address at your own expense. Customer can replace his product as many times as he wants but other than the first time he will have to bear the delivery expenses.
These policies are not uniform and we can update these policies at any time without notifying you, they can be applied by us differently for different products and if any dispute arises our decision will be final.
Note -Color of your jewellery may vary slightly from the images due to photographic conditions and you can not ask for replacement for this issue.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kshitizsairar@gmail.com

Covered by warranty.
-We only cover the product’s colour and upper gold plating under warranty.
-If the product is damaged externally, the warranty will be automatically terminated.
-To use the warranty, the customer is liable to ship the product to our address. We are not obligated to make any kind of pickup arrangements for the same.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 5000 rupee, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, It may misplace during the process.
